Our babies are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of this sale and free of serious genetic defect. We ask parents to have this animal examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of purchase. If the veterinarian detects a significant genetic defect (significant is defined as life threatening --- genetic defects such as polydactilism or a kinked tail are not considered significant), our babies may be returned for a full refund or exchange with an animal of equal value once diagnosis in confirmed.
  1. Our babies are to be maintained as an indoor cat only. Adequate facilities, to include but not limited to premium quality food, clean litter, toys and love, will be provided to maintain the animals health and happiness.
  2. We ask new parents to  maintain this animals inoculations in accordance with the schedule specified by a licensed veterinarian along with annual examinations and dental care.
  3. We ask that our babies are not to be inoculated with the FIP vaccine.
  4. Nor may our babies be subjected to declawing or tendon cutting without our written permission Each case will be handled on an individual basis dependent on need. Animals who are subjected to declawing are not eligible for showing in CFA shows.
  5. Our cats may be returned to the seller at ANY TIME for ANY REASON. However, we are not obligated to return any portion of the purchase price. If we do deem it proper to refund the purchase price in part or whole, such funds will not be issued until a 90 day quarantine period has been completed along with certification of health from a licensed veterinarian.
  6. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will any Low Country Cat or Kitten be given, sold, loaned, or utilized in any way to a pet shop, research laboratory, or any similar facility.
  7. We reserve the right to verify that all specified conditions are met.
